The ideal candidate is strategic, collaborative, and creative, with a successful track record in executing priorities, building coalitions, and adapting to change. You will work with the Head of US Government Relations and other colleagues to develop and advance BNY’s federal policy priorities, elevate the company’s profile in Washington, and build relationships with policymakers and stakeholders. This role reports to the Head of US Government Relations and is based in Washington, DC, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office).

We offer competitive pay, benefits, and wellness programs, including flexible resources, paid leaves, and volunteer time. The salary range is $142,000 to $250,000, based on experience and location, with additional incentives and benefits. This at-will position allows for salary and benefit modifications.
