Job summary

The position includes mentoring a small team of 4-5 engineers, ensuring hardware/software integration, and driving schedules, risk mitigation, and manufacturing scale-up with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics or related engineering discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive engineering experience developing complex electromechanical products.
• 5+ years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team (4-5 direct reports) of hardware engineers.
• Promote engineering best practices, design reviews, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams including program management, software leadership, and QA.
