Cricut is seeking a Director of Hardware Engineering to lead and grow a high-performing hardware engineering organization focused on consumer products. You will guide cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and manufacturing, driving roadmap execution and risk mitigation.
You will hire, mentor, and develop engineers and PMs while shaping the strategy for next-generation Cricut devices. This in-office role emphasizes collaboration, execution speed, and hands-on leadership.

Job Description

This individual will be technically competent, passionate aboutthe consumerexperienceand proficientatproduct development. You will be adept at developing a collaborative and highly competent engineering team where engineering creativity and passion can thrive. As a leader at Cricut you will be involved in and understand thedetails, buthave a broader perspective to helpidentifyand mitigate risks and issues that could inhibit our various projects and teams.
