Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
• Proven track record in developing and managing Quality Agreements.
• Experience with GxP service providers and contract negotiations.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Quality Agreements for clinical and commercial operations
• Manage agreements with external partners and internal entities
• Establish clear Quality responsibilities and oversight expectations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align Quality Agreements with business needs
• Resolve complex agreement-related issues and make risk-based decisions
• Develop a risk-based Quality Agreement lifecycle management framework
• Support new product launches and geographic expansions with appropriate Quality arrangements
