Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise or SaaS engineering roles, including 5+ in a technical leadership capacity.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams with a track record of building trust and accountability.
- Strong background in GTM applications, especially Salesforce, CPQ, and marketing automation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key leader in the GTM Systems organization with measurable outcomes.
- Lead a team of developers, admins, QA, and DevOps for reliable solutions.
- Define technical architecture and system patterns prioritizing scalability.
