Slalom, LLC is seeking a Director within our Cloud-Build capability in the Mid America region. This hybrid in-office role in Chicago leads product engineering and cloud modernization efforts, driving delivery, client outcomes, and revenue growth while partnering with industry leaders.

As a Director within our Cloud-Build capability in the Mid America region, you will operate as part of a broader go-to-market leadership network. The role drives sales, delivery, and client outcomes across product engineering and cloud modernization, supporting clients as they build, scale, and operate digital products and platforms. This is a hybrid in-office role in Chicago.
This role will align regional or country-wide Capability strategies with market needs by acting as a subject matter expert and thought leader. You will collaborate closely with clients and industry partners to identify opportunities. Additionally, you will support and develop a go-to-market team, contribute to delivery through billable roles with specific utilization targets, and partner with leadership to achieve revenue goals and address capability challenges.
You possess deep technology delivery and leadership experience, with a passion for building teams and client partnerships. You are skilled as both a strategic leader and hands‐on practitioner, with expertise in product engineering, cloud operations, AI-accelerated engineering, and large-scale delivery models. Your leadership is inspirational and proactive, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, growth, and market-focused strategic thinking.
