Everpure is seeking a Director of GTM Economics & Science to lead causal measurement and production-grade analytics. You will architect models to isolate sales-driven lift, influence global headcount and incentive design, and partner with Finance, Data Science, and Sales leadership to optimize ROI.

Qualifications

• PhD in Economics, Econometrics, or a quantitative discipline.
• Advanced Econometric &causal inference expertise including causal forests, treatment-effect heterogeneity, synthetic control, and diff-in-differences analyses.
• Fluent in R, Python, or comparable environments to write production-ready code.
• Experience architecting production-grade causal analyses with complex business data.

Responsibilities

• Own the Go-To-Market Causal Measurement Strategy and long-term roadmap.
• Design and deploy causal models (causal forests, panel methods, uplift) in R or Python.
• Quantify incremental impact of headcount, incentives, and programs for executive leaders.
• Operationalize data pipelines with Data Engineering to enable automated dashboards.
