Qualifications

• 12+ years of project/program management leadership in large, cross-functional programs.
• 6+ years of direct experience managing end-to-end M&A financial integrations and growth programs in enterprise SaaS or tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive post-close financial integration programs across accounting, treasury, tax, billing, procurement, and FP&A.
• Curate and refine M&A playbooks to accelerate future acquisitions.
• Lead planning and delivery of programs for new offer structures, pricing, and geographic expansion.
• Bridge Sales Ops, Product Marketing, Legal, Pricing with Finance to ensure changes don’t disrupt billing.
• Enable design decisions across financial workflows while maintaining controls and continuity.
• Establish frameworks, tracking, and executive reporting for growth initiatives.
• Design value- and performance-tracking frameworks for post-launch outcomes.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks across multi-functional workstreams and develop mitigations.
