Qualifications

• 10+ years of Group Insurance underwriting experience with Life and Disability products.
• Proven leadership experience managing underwriting professionals.
• Strong profitability, growth, and retention results in complex portfolios.
• Excellent analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing underwriting team.
• Own underwriting results for an assigned portfolio with profitability targets.
• Contribute to segment, region and enterprise-wide business planning.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, brokers, and clients.
• Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
