Luck Stone Corporation seeks a Director, Greenfield Strategic Projects to lead the advancement of growth opportunities by integrating strategic planning, financial analysis, market intelligence, and stakeholder engagement. As a key partner to Greenfield leadership, you will evaluate opportunities, navigate challenges, and align cross-functional teams to support long-term growth objectives at every stage.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Planning, Real Estate, or related field required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, project development, economic development, finance, operations, engineering, or related fields.
• Experience engaging external stakeholders and building effective partnerships across diverse interests.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategic assessments and coordinate resources to advance Greenfield growth opportunities.
• Develop recommendations supporting land, market, and growth decisions through analysis of long-term planning, operational, financial, and governmental considerations.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Operations, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Environmental, and external partners to advance key initiatives.
• Identify risks, obstacles and opportunities for strategy to help leaders decide how to respond.
• Monitor industry, economic, regulatory, and market trends that may impact future growth opportunities.
