Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a Director of Grants Management Services to provide strategic leadership across the grants lifecycle. You will drive growth, lead complex engagements, and mentor teams while aligning client outcomes with the firm's standards.

In this role you will collaborate with national leaders, manage budgets and resources, and expand service offerings across federal, state, local, tribal, healthcare, and nonprofit grants. A strong background in Uniform Guidance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10–15 years’ experience in grants management or related field.
• Experience overseeing complex federal and/or state grant programs.
• Strong knowledge of Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) and grant lifecycle.
• Proven business development and client relationship management experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic vision and growth plan for the Grants Management Services practice.
• Oversee budgeting, resource planning, utilization, and operations.
• Develop service offerings across grant lifecycle: readiness, writing, compliance, monitoring, closeout.
• Monitor industry trends and funding opportunities to drive growth.
• Lead proposals, interviews, and capture planning; represent firm at events.
• Provide engagement leadership for complex grants management engagements.
