This Senior Executive Service position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Office of Resilience, Grants Management Division, located in Washington, D.C. The Director, Grants Management Division (GMD) exercises leadership over the financial and business components of FEMA's grants and assistance responsibilities.
