Job summary

The University of California, Berkeley's Berkeley Law seeks a Director of Graduate Admissions for Outreach and Recruitment to design and run domestic and global outreach initiatives for the LL.M., J.S.D., and other graduate programs. Reporting to the Assistant Dean, you assess applicants, coordinate with IST and Admissions Operations, and lead events and partnerships to strengthen yield and diversity.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of project management including program design, implementation, and evaluation.
• Advanced knowledge and experience working with a diverse student population related to LL.M. admissions and international recruitment.
• Advanced knowledge of UC Berkeley policies, admissions requirements, and financial aid programs.
• Ability to travel up to 25% during Fall outreach season; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Represents Berkeley Law at events domestically and abroad, conveying information across departments.
• Develops and leads the law school's outreach program for graduate degree programs and builds relationships with international institutions.
• Plans, designs, and implements admissions, outreach, and recruitment programs for LL.M., J.S.D., and future programs.
• Manages plans with minimal direction, partners with departments, and uses data to report on program efficacy.
• Leads yield management initiatives and coordinates events, logistics, and collaboration with IST and other offices.
