Global Ground Support in Olathe, Kansas is seeking a Director of Government and Grant Management to lead government business development, manage proposals, contracts, and grant opportunities, and strengthen partner relationships across federal, state, local, and military customers.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance, and oversee lifecycle from opportunity identification through award, travel up to 10-15% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD contracts and government procurement processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication for proposals and reports.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary lead for government entity relationships at federal, state, local, and military levels.
• Identify, develop, and manage government contract opportunities aligned with company goals.
• Lead proposal planning, development, and submission activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to produce compliant, competitive proposals.
• Manage government agency relationships and track procurement activities.
