Job summary

The Manager of Government Affairs at Tillamook County Creamery Association leads the cooperative's government affairs function, directing strategy and external policy engagement across state, federal, and other jurisdictions. You will work with elected officials, regulators, and coalitions, advising the CEO and Board on policy issues affecting farmer-owners and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Public Administration, Law, Business, Agriculture, Communications, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead Tillamook's government affairs function and set strategy across state, federal, and other jurisdictions.
• Direct policy engagement with elected officials, regulators, and coalitions.
• Advise CEO and Board, coordinate cross-functional policy engagement.
• Develop policy positions and oversee testimony, letters, and coalition sign-ons.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Public Administration, Law, Business, Agriculture, Communications, or a related field preferred
