Lead RedBull’s U.S. government affairs strategy by monitoring and assessing political, legislative, and regulatory developments affecting the company, the beverage industry, and the broader business environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with policymakers, government agencies, trade associations, coalition partners, and external stakeholders to advance RedBull’s interests and influence policy outcomes. Provide strategic guidance and clear policy recommendations to business leaders, manage external consultants and advocacy efforts, and drive cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and support the company’s long-term objectives.
The purpose of this role is to lead the development and execution of RedBull North America’s U.S. government affairs strategy, ensuring the business is well positioned to navigate evolving political, legislative, and regulatory matters. Reporting to the Senior Director, Government Affairs (North America), this role serves as a key liaison between the U.S. business, policymakers, industry associations, external advisors, and global stakeholders. The position advances RedBull’s policy priorities, supports responsible industry engagement, identifies and mitigates regulatory risks, and delivers actionable insights that help inform business strategy and decision-making.
