Overview

As a Director, Go To Market, you will be a pivotal member of our leadership team responsible for designing and implementing the global GTM Strategy for the Hootsuite platform. Your role includes leading product launches, defining KPIs, and aligning go-to-market strategies globally to ensure successful launches and growth. You will provide strategic insights, market analysis, and shape product roadmaps to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a global go-to–market team, including product marketing and revenue enablement professionals, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Define and oversee the execution of the global GTM strategy, ensuring relevance and demand generation.
  • Manage end-to-end product launches from planning to execution.
  • Establish KPI targets and present strategies for optimization to senior leadership.
  • Develop product messaging, positioning, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams for effective communication.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of GTM strategies.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of product marketing experience, including at least 3 years leading PMMs or GTM Managers.
  • Proven success in designing and managing GTM strategies for new products/services.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS, technology industry, and social media management space.
  • Excellent communication, influence, decision-making, and process management skills.
  • Ability to build inclusive teams and deliver results through others.
