Job summary

Omada Health is seeking a Director to drive day-to-day execution and operations of our GLP-1 solutions within the cardiometabolic platform. The role collaborates with product, clinical, data science, engineering, and commercial teams to scale delivery and impact for members, customers, and Omada.

The ideal candidate translates complex strategy into structured execution, thrives in a fast-paced market, and improves processes to enable teams to perform at a high level in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years in digital health, health tech, or related healthcare env.
• 3–5+ years leading complex programs/ops in high-growth settings.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and execution.
• Experience defining and tracking program metrics and communicating insights.

Responsibilities

• Establish operating cadences, meeting structures, and norms for the GLP-1 program team and cross-functional partners.
• Refine processes and tools to support collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement.
• Lead day-to-day execution of GLP-1 initiatives with clear plans and ownership.
• Develop lightweight reporting and dashboards for executive leadership; surface risks promptly.
• Coordinate across clinical, commercial, product, engineering, and regulatory teams to advance work.
