Job summary

Omada Health is seeking a Director to drive the day-to-day execution and operations of our GLP-1 solutions within the cardiometabolic platform. This leader will translate strategy into clear plans, workflows, and cross-functional routines that support rapid, high-quality scale.

Working closely with the VP and key stakeholders, you will coordinate across product, clinical, data science, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure our GLP-1 program delivers measurable impact for members,

Qualifications

• Experience in digital health, health technology, or related healthcare environment.
• Proven ability to run cross-functional programs and establish operating routines.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to define and track program metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to synthesize complex information.
• Understanding of digital health products and cardiometabolic care programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of GLP-1 program initiatives with clear plans and ownership.
• Track OKRs and KPIs, surface risks and opportunities early.
• Develop lightweight dashboards for executive visibility and decision making.
• Identify workflow improvements and automation opportunities for scalable care.
