Qualifications

15 years of experience leading business operations, vendor management frameworks (VMO), or organizational transformation programs.
15 years of experience in business operations, strategic program management, or technical infrastructure operations, or 13 years with an advanced degree.

Responsibilities

Define and direct the overarching multi-year business operations outlook, portfolio governance, and OKR frameworks for the global CSRM organization across Google Data Centers.
Direct the CSRM Central Operations engine, incubating critical strategic initiatives, integrating complex workstreams, and establishing scalable operating models across the data center lifecycle.
Oversee the Vendor Management Office (VMO) and strategic supply base, establishing commercial oversight, performance benchmarking, contractual governance, and fiscal discipline for global partner networks.
Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) framework to deploy programs and products across teams and the fleet, driving executive alignment across GDC, Cloud CISO, and engineering teams.
