Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Director of Data Center Operational Technology Security to define the global direction, strategy, and governance for securing Google’s physical and operational data center infrastructure. You will lead a high-impact team responsible for identifying and mitigating complex enterprise-wide cyber and physical threats across critical systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in technical infrastructure, ICS/SCADA, or cyber security engineering with 7 years in leadership.
15 years of experience leading security programs, risk governance, or critical infrastructure engineering.

Responsibilities

Define and direct multi-year security architectures and defense-in-depth for global OT systems.
Establish governance across GDC, Cloud CISO, and Engineering for unified security architectures.
Build and scale a global team of managers, engineers, and program leaders; foster excellence and psychological safety.
Advise executives on OT, cyber, and infrastructure threats; steer roadmaps and investments.
