Job summary

RTX is seeking a Director, Global Trade Licensing to lead and advance Raytheon’s GT program. You will act as a senior advisor to VP-level leadership across functions and drive compliant execution of international business in a highly regulated environment.

You will oversee export authorizations, collaborate with DoS/DDTC, DoC/BIS, DoD/DTSA, and ensure alignment with internal policies and external requirements. Remote work up to 30% may be expected.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 14+ years of relevant work.
• Experience in leading GT compliance programs and/or managing teams.
• Subject matter expertise in ITAR and EAR and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior advisor to VPs of Raytheon's Functions organizations.
• Evaluate GT program implementation and drive enhancements; install controls.
• Manage GT teams and foster a culture of compliance.
• Guide functional leaders on regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Oversee export license and authorization processes lifecycle.
• Interface with U.S. government agencies on licensing activities.
• Travel up to 30% annually.
