Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree strongly preferred.
• Experience as a compliance or national security professional and program leader.
• Demonstrated expertise in international trade compliance.
• Excellent research and writing capabilities; able to produce polished work.
• Proficient with MS Office and collaboration tools (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects involving U.S. international trade and technology security controls and related compliance work.
• Assess and guide compliance posture to regulatory regimes (ITAR, EAR, and non-U.S. regimes).
• Audit and enhance clients' international trade, technology security, and investment controls risk.
• Develop engagement approaches and project plans with team leadership.
• Interface with clients and deliver high-quality compliance products, including policies and reports.
• Build SME expertise in national security, trade, and foreign investment review domains.
