Job summary

Veo, a leading micromobility provider, seeks a Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end operations including central warehouses, supplier management, and international logistics. You will drive sourcing, planning, and cost optimization while ensuring on-time delivery of vehicles, batteries, and parts.

You will report to the CEO, partner with Operations, Hardware, R&D, and Finance, and guide a growing team in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid role based in Santa Monica.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, logistics, or related functions with leadership.
• Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier and production management, inventory planning, warehousing, international logistics, tariffs, and risk management.
• Experience managing hardware supply chain quality issues and partnering with Engineering/R&D on corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Own Veo's end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution across vehicles, batteries, replacement parts, international sourcing, and domestic distribution.
• Oversee central warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory controls, and order fulfillment.
• Lead supplier sourcing, selection, negotiation, and performance management across pricing, capacity, timelines, quality, and terms.
• Develop and maintain vehicle/battery/parts ordering plans based on fleet needs and forecasts.
• Manage cross-border shipments, tariffs, and customs; coordinate with U.S. warehouses and markets.
• Lead cost optimization for landed costs while maintaining quality and safety.
• Own financial performance: budgets, cost-reduction, inventory investment, working capital, forecasting.
• Foster cross-functional alignment with Operations, Hardware, R&D, Finance; support launches and issue resolution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop domestic and international teams toward data-driven decision-making.
