Abbott Laboratories is seeking a visionary engineering leader to direct global software engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, platform engineering, data, AI, DevOps, QA, and UX for the AlinIQ Workflow Management portfolio, including AMS. Define the technology strategy across cloud-native and legacy systems while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires deep expertise in modern architectures, secure SDLC, and leadership of diverse, global teams to deliver enterprise-level healthcare

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible software engineering experience including architecture and product development.
• 10+ years leading global engineering organizations across software, architecture, DevOps, cybersecurity, and UX.
• 5+ years collaborating with onshore and offshore teams with measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise software platforms through full lifecycle from concept to sunset.
• Expertise in client-server, SOA, API-driven, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute technology strategy for a connected laboratory informatics ecosystem.
• Lead global teams across software engineering, architecture, DevOps, cybersecurity, data, AI, and UX.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, auditability, and cybersecurity requirements.
