Director, Global Product Development

Location: New York, NY

Duration: 6+ month with highly possible extension / conversion

Pay Range: $39 - $42 / hr.

What's the Job?

• Lead the development and execution of innovative skincare formulas for the Clarity & Age Management categories, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Research & Innovation, and Operations to drive product development from concept to launch.
• Define and implement ingredient strategies that enhance product efficacy while supporting sustainability and brand values.
• Oversee clinical testing strategies to ensure scientific rigor and effective communication of product benefits across diverse skin tones.
• Manage the product portfolio by advocating for market needs, consumer insights, and competitive positioning to maintain industry leadership.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in beauty or skincare product development, with a proven track record of leading innovative projects.
• Deep expertise in skincare formulation, texture development, claims substantiation, and regulatory compliance.
