Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc (USA) in Tarrytown, NY seeks a Global Program Head to lead an integrated Immunology portfolio from pre-IND nomination through BLA. Build and lead Strategic Program Teams, drive cross-functional execution, and guide development of therapies for ophthalmic diseases, collaborating with research, clinical development, regulatory, commercial, and manufacturing partners.

On-site 4 days/week in Tarrytown; travel 10%.

Qualifications

• MD, PhD, or PharmD required.
• 10-15 years of experience in broad drug development in Immunology or autoimmunity.
• Deep knowledge of the overall development of molecules for relevant disease areas.
• Expert knowledge of the competitive landscape and general regulatory requirements for drug approval.
• Experience or knowledge of biologics and alternative therapeutic modalities preferred.

• Orchestrate execution of program deliverables and governance interactions across functions

• Oversee risk identification, assessment, and mitigation, making decisions informed by cross-functional input

We are seeking a Global Program Head to join our Immunology team, leading integrated program strategy for our Immunology portfolio from pre-IND nomination through BLA application. In this role, you will build and lead Strategic Program Teams, drive cross-functional program execution, and guide development of novel therapies for serious ophthalmic diseases while collaborating with research, clinical development, regulatory, commercial, and manufacturing partners across Regeneron. When & where: Location: Tarrytown, NY. Work model/flexibility: 4 days a week on-site. Travel: 10% to relevant conferences/congresses.

Salary Range (annually) $285,600.00 - $475,900.00
