Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director of Commercial Manufacturing to oversee strategy, planning, and execution of drug product manufacturing and packaging at external CMOs for rare disease therapies. You will ensure reliable, compliant supply and lead cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.

The role requires 8+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, experience with oral solids, and strong project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Process/Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, including process troubleshooting and optimization.
• Experience with multiple dosage forms, especially oral solids.
• Deep knowledge of GMPs, process validation, technology transfer, and project management skills.
