• Requires 10+ years of relevant work experience and 4+ years of management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead operational quality oversight for commercial resupply and lifecycle management of finished goods packaging and labeling across US and UK/EU CMOs.
• Translate departmental strategy into operational quality plans and execution expectations for the packaging and labeling quality team.
• Proactively build team capability, inclusivity, and drive consistent team execution with people managers and senior staff.
• Lead cross-functional quality forums and ensure clear accountability and alignment across stakeholders and CMOs.
• Ensure robust procedural oversight for exemption management, artwork and packaging change controls, and batch documentation review.
