Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business or a relevant scientific discipline is required.
• 10+ years in a pharmaceutical operations role.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical drug discovery and related processes.
• Experience in operations, project management, and financial planning.
• Proven leadership, collaboration, and strategic influencing abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Operationalise PSTS outsourcing strategy through vendor governance and performance monitoring.
• Ensure external partners meet quality, timeline, capacity, and cost expectations.
• Support make-or-buy decisions with data, scenarios, and insights.
• Serve as trusted execution partner to PSTS leaders and governance forums.
• Manage PSTS outsourcing budget execution, forecasting and variance.
• Monitor external resource utilization and capacity against demand.
• Support financial discipline and transparency across PSTS external delivery.
• Improve PSTS outsourcing management processes.
• Drive improvements to reduce cycle time and rework.
• Establish and track execution metrics for delivery reliability.
