Job summary

Warn Automotive in Milwaukie, Oregon seeks an experienced Senior Operations and Supply Chain leader to oversee manufacturing, logistics and procurement for the Warn Automotive business. You will guide teams to deliver Tier 1 automotive products with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency.

Collaborate with Dover and VSG leadership to drive Lean initiatives, cost reductions and continuous improvement; develop budgets, plans and KPIs; ensure on-time delivery and strong supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applicable field from an accredited college or university.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Minimum ten years of operations and supply chain leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High volume critical operation such as aerospace and automotive is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, materials, and personnel to meet quality and safety standards.
• Develop and implement manufacturing policies, procedures, and budgets.
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage contracts globally.
• Drive Lean initiatives 5S and continuous improvement across operations.
• Manage planning, purchasing, shipping, and inventory.
• Align forecasts, production plans and business priorities with cross-functional teams.
