Qualifications

• Ten+ years of operations and supply chain leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct overall production and supply chain.
• Develop and mentor manufacturing employees, drive lean initiatives, and ensure safety and compliance.
• Lead ERP upgrades and transitions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
