Job summary

Warn Automotive in Milwaukie, Oregon seeks a Director of Operations & Supply Chain to oversee manufacturing, logistics and supplier relations. You will drive lean initiatives, optimize budgets, and align tactical plans with Dover and VSG objectives while developing a high-performance operations team.

The role requires a minimum of ten years in ops and supply chain leadership in manufacturing, with a Bachelor’s degree and preferably an MBA. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applicable field is required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Minimum ten years of operations and supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience with lean concepts (5S) and continuous improvement.
• Strong budgeting, planning and staff management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, materials and personnel to meet cost and quality targets.
• Lead Lean initiatives, 5S and continuous improvement across operations.
• Develop and manage budgets, staffing and standard work with KPIs.
• Collaborate with Dover/VSG leadership and suppliers to ensure supply chain excellence.
• Plan, forecast and lead SIOP meetings; manage PFEP and inventory strategies.
