Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. Director, Global Master Data Management (MDM) Governance owns Master Data Management policy, domain -to platform assignment, quality standards and decision rights and is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of data systems and infrastructure that provides the strategic framework to support the global orthopedics organization, while ensuring clear line of sight per system application and overall strategic alignment. The position has ownership of all data, system and infrastructure MDM strategic processes, projects and day-to-day operations that support the major areas within the Master Data Management strategies. These major areas include Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D, and Corporate Systems and their linkage with the respected Enterprise Data Warehouses, Enterprise Data Lake and business solution environments and tool sets used to provide access to the data for the organization.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $150,000.00 - $258,750.00 Additional Description for Pay Transparency: Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
