Job summary

Shift4 in Bethlehem, PA seeks a Director of Deployment to lead fulfillment, distribution and logistics across primary and other locations. You will drive 5S/Lean practices, ERP optimization, and carrier relationships while building high-performing teams and ensuring on-time performance.

Requires 9+ years in logistics leadership, strong WMS/ERP experience, and a degree in business or related field. Relocation assistance may be available; onsite work in Bethlehem, PA.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics or fulfillment with leadership experience.
• Hands-on qualification with a WMS and ERP system (Oracle/NetSuite or similar).
• Experience managing international shipping and import/export compliance.
• Strong inventory management and cycle counting practices.
• Excellent communication with customers, teams and leadership.
• Strategic thinker translating needs into logistics solutions.
• Degree in business, supply chain, logistics, IT or related field; degree may be waived.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fulfillment, distribution, and logistics strategies at the primary site.
• Identify process optimization and efficiency gains across warehousing and order fulfillment.
• Lead site managers and staff; foster 5S and continuous improvement.
• Manage staffing, space, and equipment to meet targets and budget.
• Establish KPIs for turnaround, accuracy, and SLAs; ensure quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain for carrier/vendor relationships.
• Support ERP optimization and data integrity across sites.
