Euronet Worldwide’s epay division seeks a Director, Global Fraud Strategy to build a unified global fraud function and shape its core technology stack. This hands-on leader will define strategy, policies and operating models across gift cards, prepaid and acquiring segments while guiding large-scale technology decisions.

The role offers high visibility, global impact and significant interaction with Compliance, Product and Engineering teams as the organization expands internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 8+ years of payment fraud experience with hands-on exposure to card issuing, acquiring or gift card fraud.
• Experience selecting, implementing or managing fraud detection platforms and build-vs-buy decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead epay’s global fraud strategy, systems roadmap and policy framework across all business lines.
• Manage vendor relationships with Fraud.net and other third‑party providers.
• Develop and report global fraud KPIs for Executive Management and escalate significant risks.
• Embed fraud controls into new products and markets from design through launch.
• Build and mentor a global fraud team (analysts, investigators or fraud engineers).
