Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Director, SC Systems, to lead the strategic roadmap for supply chain finance and tax systems, with locations in Raynham, MA or nearby sites.

This role partners with Finance, Tax, Supply Chain and Digital teams to design scalable systems, oversee major implementations, ensure data integrity and audit readiness. The position requires 10–12 years in finance/tax/supply chain systems and a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 10–12 years of progressive experience in finance, tax, or supply chain systems.
• Proven leadership overseeing enterprise‑scale systems and transformations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain finance, tax requirements, controls, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the strategic roadmap for supply chain finance and tax systems.
• Provide enterprise leadership for system design, governance, and controls.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, and Digital leaders to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Oversee major system implementations, upgrades, and transformations.
• Ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and controls documentation.
• Lead continuous improvement to optimize system-enabled processes and reduce risk.
• Manage and develop a team of managers and senior professionals.
• Serve as senior advisor on system‑related supply chain tax matters.
