Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, Supply Chain, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred (MBA/MS).
• Typically requires 10-12 years of progressive experience in finance, tax, supply chain systems or related
• Experience in complex, enterprise-scale system transformations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain finance processes.
• Experience leading and influencing in a global, matrixed organization.
• Experience managing leaders including performance management and talent development.
• Strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance and Tax Global Template design across the Supply Chain ERP landscape.
• Manage cross-program process design interdependencies with stakeholders.
• Define deployment strategy, playbook, and tools across regional releases.
• Accountable for Testing, Business Adoption, Training, Data Migration, and Hypercare.
• Ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and compliance through controls and docs.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce operational risk and optimize processes.
• Manage and develop a team of managers and senior professionals.
• Serve as a senior advisor on system-related supply chain tax matters.
