Temporal Technologies is hiring a Director of Global Developer Success to lead a deeply technical support organization, scaling it for enterprise-grade outcomes. You will build the operating model, drive KPI-led excellence, and partner across Product, Engineering, and Sales to turn support signals into product and documentation improvements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technical support, customer engineering, SRE or similar roles with 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience building and scaling technical support operations for deeply technical B2B products.
• Strong familiarity with APIs/SDKs, cloud-native infra, observability, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Global Developer Success across regions and customer segments.
• Define SLAs/OLAs, triage, escalation paths, and incident communications.
• Lead escalation, incident discipline, and post-incident RCAs.
• Develop career paths, training, and certifications for engineers.
