Qualifications

• 10+ years in an accounting/finance leadership role in a publicly traded company or public accounting firm.
• CPA certification required; Big Four experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and strong understanding of SOX and internal controls.
• Experience with large-scale ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and consolidation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high performing accounting team, promoting continuous improvement.
• Manage the global monthly close, consolidations, and financial reporting.
• Oversee accounting operations for a multi-entity, multi-currency global company, ensuring GAAP compliance and SEC reporting.
