Job summary

Alpaca is seeking a Director of Global Corporate Actions to own the function end-to-end across U.S. and international markets. You will be accountable for daily production, supervisory controls, team performance, incident management, and scalable systems and operating models.

You will lead the Corporate Actions team through events such as dividends, splits, mergers, and other lifecycle changes, building a global framework and strong risk controls across markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Corporate Actions within financial institutions.
• Leads Corporate Actions or securities operations teams.
• Deep knowledge of dividends, reorganizations, mergers, elections, and related events.

Responsibilities

• Command end-to-end Corporate Actions across US and international markets.
• Establish supervisory controls, maker-checker standards, and evidence of review.
• Drive automation and reconciliation to scale processing.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to fix recurring failures.
