Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years investigative or compliance experience.
• Experience with pharmaceutical laws and the pharma industry.
• Strong judgment and root-cause analysis skills.
• Proven investigation and project management across all phases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal investigations and develop investigation plans; interview witnesses.
• Manage global investigations firms and outside counsel; oversee interviews and evidence collection.
• Research, collect, and analyze large data sets per privacy laws; draft reports.
• Develop expertise in high-risk international geographies for investigations.
• Assist in managing and developing junior team members.
• Collaborate with risk and monitoring to analyze investigation analytics.
• Prepare written and oral summaries and presentations for executives and HR.
• Present findings to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Coordinate with HR, Corporate Security, Law, external counsel, Cybersecurity, and Quality.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships for subject-matter expertise.
