Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director, Global Clinical Physician to lead medical accountability across multiple clinical trials in the United States. The role requires strong medical oversight, data reviews, and collaboration with Clinical Scientists and cross-functional teams to align with safety and regulatory expectations.

The candidate will contribute to protocol development, trial design, and strategic decision-making, with duties spanning from site interactions to global health

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent required (US)
• 5+ years of industry and/or clinical trials experience required
• Subspecialty training in applicable therapeutic area desired

Responsibilities

• Serves as a primary source of medical accountability and oversight for multiple clinical trials
• Leads medical data review of trial data and eligibility reviews
• Oversees safety narratives and SAEs in collaboration with safety teams
• Guides protocol development with medical strategic oversight
• Provides medical and scientific expertise to cross-functional colleagues
• Maintains training and compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements
