Nike in Beaverton, Oregon is hiring a Director, Global Brand Art Direction & Design for Global Football. You will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering world-class art direction, photography, graphic design, and motion across brands and campaigns.

You will partner with Sr. Creative Directors and external partners to elevate Nike's design storytelling, set the look and feel across football campaigns, and guide the team from concept through production, on time and within budget.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Art Direction and Design within a global brand or agency.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field.
• Creative leadership – lead multidisciplinary teams through ambiguity and complexity.
• Mastery of art direction & design to deliver photography, graphic design, video content, and digital design.
• Ideas & World Building – bring big ideas across design, art direction, film and experiences.
• Strategic communication – apply visual skills to communicate complex ideas and align stakeholders.
• Collaboration & influence – build trust across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Entrepreneurial Drive – identify opportunities and drive innovation.
• Talent magnetism – attract, mentor, and retain top creative talent.
