Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.
10+ years of Graphic Design or Art Direction experience.
Deep understanding of streetwear and basketball culture, especially the Jordan brand.
Strong presentation and communication skills with executive audiences.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Lead global Jordan Streetwear art direction and design projects with Producers, Designers, and Writers.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver well-crafted creative that aligns with Jordan Brand standards.
Present concepts to executives and external partners with clarity and impact.
Ensure brand creative gates and timelines are met, coordinating with partners and teams.
