The Global Access Strategy and Pricing (GASP) Breast Cancer Director role directly impacts the ability to achieve business objectives by supporting the development of strategic guidance on access, pricing, optimal reimbursement, launch sequencing, patient value, and evidence generation for the Breast Cancer franchise.

The Breast Cancer franchise is one of the prioritized Oncology franchises and includes products such as KAT6, CDK4, Vepdegestrant, and Ibrance. The strategy aims to advance breast cancer treatment through next-generation backbones and novel combinations, leveraging both internal and external partnerships.

This position will operate with a ‘One Global Access and Value’ mindset, working closely with the Breast GASP team and other GAV colleagues. The focus will be on early assets and indications like KAT6 and CDK4, supporting the development of an integrated value and access strategy (IVAS) to optimize long-term product value through pricing, access, and evidence generation plans. The role reports to the GASP Breast Cancer Team Lead within GAV.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Lead payer insights generation and translate into cohesive access, pricing, and evidence strategies for key markets supporting the Breast Cancer Franchise.
  2. Provide subject matter expertise and support strategic discussions at senior leadership levels.
  3. Assist in preparing the EU JCA strategy in collaboration with HV&E.
  4. Support lifecycle management and DP3 decision-making by leveraging access and pricing expertise.
  5. Deliver recommendations on payer strategy, reimbursement, evidence generation, and value propositions.
  6. Participate in virtual cross-functional teams, representing GAV in various forums, and lead projects on asset threats and opportunities.
Generate & synthesize payer insights
  • Maintain understanding of payer regulations across markets, including novel combinations and needs of payers, HTA agencies, and patients.
  • Support assessment and communication of external access trends and feedback for development programs.
Develop payer value proposition and drive market access strategy
  • Support development of access, pricing, and evidence strategies to maximize product value.
  • Engage with country-specific stakeholders to integrate local insights into global plans.
  • Contribute to clinical development, market access, and pricing strategies, including early economic models and evidence plans.
  • Align clinical trial design and evidence generation with payer insights to maximize value.
Advance functional excellence in Global Market Access
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams to incorporate payer perspectives.
  • Work efficiently within a matrix organization and develop expertise in key markets.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree minimum; 8+ years of experience with Bachelor's, 7+ with Master’s/MBA, 5+ with PharmD/PhD.
  • Experience in developing and executing market access strategies in US and key international markets.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Advanced healthcare or economic degrees preferred.
  • Experience with breast cancer agents and knowledge of HTA and payer requirements.
  • Strong understanding of drug development and pharmaceutical strategy.
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.

Salary ranges from $169,700 to $282,900, with bonus and long-term incentives. Comprehensive benefits include retirement plans, paid leave, health coverage, and more. Relocation assistance may be available.
