Job summary

Qualifications
- Master degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare discipline.
- Doctorate preferred.
- 11+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare with significant experience in scientific communications, Medical Affairs, RWE/HEOR, or Market Access.
Responsibilities
- Shape and lead the global Access Scientific Communications strategy across RWE/HEOR and Market Access.
- Translate generation strategies into integrated publication plans across publications, congresses, and digital channels.
- Oversee development of high-quality manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and supplementary materials.
- Ensure adherence to Good Publication Practice, ICMJE, GPP and Takeda publication standards.
