Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Firefly Foundry product organization. You will drive strategy and roadmap for core platform areas, partnering with engineering, AI research, design, and go-to-market teams.

This senior role focuses on shaping an AI-first enterprise platform at global scale, enabling custom model work across media types while ensuring governance, safety, and compliance across enterprise contexts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience leading multi-surface/platform products.
• Strong understanding of generative media models and model customization.
• Experience building enterprise or developer platforms (APIs/SDKs) serving technical and business users.
• Experience guiding work across matrixed teams (engineering, research, design, services, GTM).
• Ability to translate ambiguous ideas into shipped, scalable products.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for Firefly Foundry core areas.
• Prioritize features, define success metrics, and own end-to-end delivery across a multi-model platform.
• Build a platform enabling varying levels of customization without breaking continuity across levels.
• Translate complex capabilities into clear, self-serve experiences for enterprise teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI research, design, services, and go-to-market teams to accelerate production-ready models.
