Job summary

Adobe Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own international product requirements and expansion strategy for Firefly's Generative AI experiences.

You will define culturally relevant experiences across priority markets and partner with the international readiness PM on product readiness, model quality, and growth. The role sits in a fast-paced, evolving space and requires strong cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience with international/global scope.
• Experience with AI/ML-based products; comfortable partnering with research and applied science teams.
• Track record building 0-to-1 frameworks in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Strong cross-functional influence skills; influence roadmap with data and partnerships, not authority.
• Additional language skills (Japanese, German, Korean, or Portuguese) are a plus, not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate market nuance into clear product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the international requirements pipeline for Firefly—parity, cultural relevance, and regional model behavior.
• Partner with the international readiness PM to grow Firefly's product experience across markets.
• Define and track market-specific quality/adoption metrics (MAU, sentiment/NPS, model relevance).
• Engage regional collaborators, GTM, and research to surface market-specific workflows and gaps.
• Build the business case for international investment by sizing opportunities and prioritizing markets.
• Represent international requirements in core product planning to ensure global relevance from the start.
• Collaborate with research on evaluation datasets tuned to language and culture.
