The Sub-Product Line Manager leads the coordination and strategic alignment of operational workstreams. Responsible for streamlining high-importance projects and conducting leadership level internal and external initiatives that have very significant impact on program objectives. Oversees a sub-product line of related products, systems, or services within a Federal agency - ensuring alignment with mission objectives, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Define and manage the sub-product line roadmap, lifecycle, and strategy in alignment with agency mission priorities
Coordinate with business owners and end users to oversee the gathering and prioritization of requirements
Oversee product development, sustainment, and modernization efforts across multiple programs or systems
Manage relationships and monitor performance against contract deliverables
Develop and present briefings, acquisition strategies, and program status updates to senior leadership
Ensure compliance with Federal regulations and agency-specific directives
Coordinate with IT, Cybersecurity (RMF/ATO), and other teams to ensure product compliance

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
